I would like to give computer helper 5 star rating. I have dealt with this same company and they have always solved my problem’s with my computers. I have used computer helper for over 15 years. He has set up computer for when I would update helped me so many times on phone. Computer Helper is trustworthy, honest ,knowledgeable and mostReasonable. Great Service. We are a local Mcdonough company and have bough 5 or 6 computers through Gerald and his team. All the computers, even after several years are much faster than just off the shelf computers we have bought from stores . Not sure but think it is because of the software protection programs they put on them although there may be other reasons. Also whenever we have had an issue with any of the computers they are able to remote in and fix it quickly. Highly recommend this company especially if you are a business and time is important.
Once again the Computer Helper group has solved our problem. We are afamily of 4 non technical people scattered from Michigan to Atlanta. Gerald and his people have fixed the things we have messed up in our computers and the problems that occurred "all by themselves". He has installed parts that kept me from needing a new computer. He has given us advice that prevented us from creating a problem he would have to fix. He and his people are patient, kind and very good at what they do. We wouldn't call anyone else.
