Outside the realm of circuits and systems, Gerald finds fulfillment teaching at his church and immersing himself in family life. Outside her professional role, Kayla's perfect pitch and musical talent are evident, blessing both clients and her church family alike. Her dedication is also mirrored in her martial arts journey, where she holds a first-degree black belt. Nathan's self-taught prowess doesn't end with technology. In just a year, he independently mastered the piano, now playing classical pieces with the finesse of an advanced pianist.

Since answering Computer Helper's first call in 2004 from Mrs. Barbara, Pamela has been instrumental in shaping the company's customer-first approach. Many remember her dedication, evident when she, pregnant or with toddlers in tow, would personally collect computers for repair in their home. As Gerald’s wife, she's witnessed and nurtured the company's growth, even when most jobs became remote, she helped support Gerald’s vision to ensure our customers feel like part of the family.
However, Pamela’s true passion lies in community and connection. She eagerly welcomes opportunities to gather, feed, and nurture relationships within her church community. Passionate about fostering thriving marriages and supporting both spiritual and personal growth, her heart’s mission is clear. With a degree in Christian Education bolstering her professional and personal endeavors, Pamela seamlessly intertwines her vast skills with a deeply compassionate heart.
